After several trips to different  computer stores, I became frustrated because every salesperson  that I spoke with tried to convince me that I  absolutely needed this or that for my new laptop. I  felt confident when I dealt with her that she was doing what was best for me and not making a sale!  The best part is that she got the computer for me , delivered it to my home after she set up the programs on it ,and then  proceeded to go over the computer with me and answered all my questions as I  familiarized myself with this new laptop.  I almost forgot to tell the unique part of this experience is that Dawn is only an E-mail away with any of my questions that pop up for me with this computer and she is able to fix any situations that I have since she knows exactly what computer I have.
